L-Glutamine is an amino acid, and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. The various proteins your body synthesizes out of these amino acids are what make up most of the tissue. Bones, skin, muscles, blood vessels, even your hair and nails; all of these require amino acids like L-Glutamine and protein in order to grow and be healthy.†
Is it safe for kids to take L-Glutamine? What about pregnant or breastfeeding mothers?

Cortisol is a catabolic hormone and actually breaks down muscle tissue, so stopping that process in its tracks helps to maintain healthy lean muscle and normal blood sugar levels.
