Candida Support

Candida is a yeast in your mouth and gut. Ideally, Candida lives in a balanced state in your gut microbiome with good and bad bacteria to support digestion and nutrient absorption. In fact, I like to think of your gut microbiome as a rainforest, with many different species living together in harmony. When the candida balance is tipped, everything gets out of control and yeast overgrowth occurs and Candida support is needed.
