Where does Dr. Myers’ Resveratrol come from?
I source my Resveratrol from sustainably grown and harvested Japanese Knotweed. While many people think of red grape skins when they think about resveratrol, the fact of the matter is that high quality trans-resveratrol is much more abundant in Japanese knotweed, and far more affordable. The other benefit to extracting resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed is that red grape skins are almost always supersaturated with fungicides which can taint the resveratrol.
When is the best time of day to take Resveratrol? Does it matter if I take it with or without food?
Resveratrol may be taken at any time of the day and can be taken with or without food. I prefer to take mine after dinner as a sweet treat!
Is Resveratrol safe for kids, pregnant women, or nursing mothers?
Yes, my Resveratrol is safe for kids, pregnant women, and nursing mothers when used as directed.
