In general, I am incredibly grateful for the SIBO Breakthrough Program and have determined that it’s worth every penny (and then some). Before writing this review, I followed the program for 30 days to provide more complete and thorough feedback. Personally, the program was a gamechanger for me. Not only did I reduce my symptoms, I also learned a lot about my condition.
At the end of the 30-day program, participants fall into three different outcomes groups:
1) Hooray! My symptoms are gone.
2) My symptoms have decreased, but are not gone.
3) I am not noticing much improvement, and may need to try a different approach or identify a different root cause.
Obviously, everyone wants to be in the first group and those landing in the third group may feel discouraged. Completely understandable. The program recognizes all three groups and provides support and suggestions for all of them. After 30 days, I landed in group 2. Here are my results:
RESULTS: My overall symptom score decreased from 59 to 39, a 66% improvement.
