What is a multivitamin?

A multivitamin is a combination of micronutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and more. My specially formulated, iron-free multivitamin contains the highest quality blend of vitamins and minerals designed for optimal absorption and bioavailability.

Doesn’t curcumin have to be taken with black pepper to be effective?

No. While black pepper extract (piperine) is often added to inferior, lower quality curcumin supplements to promote intestinal permeability and make up for their poor absorption, I designed my Liposomal Curcumin to be the most absorbable form of curcumin on the market today. The micelle liposomal delivery form drastically increases its solubility and bioavailability. How do the collagen and paleo protein Bars taste so delicious, yet have so little sugar per bar?

I formulated my collagen and paleo protein Bars to be low in sugar as far too many of the Paleo bar options out there were way too high in sugar for those of us looking to tackle health challenges such as digestive issues, Candida overgrowth, inflammation and more. I used a touch of organic stevia and monk fruit extract to make these little bars taste extraordinary, but keep their sugar levels low!

How do I clean my shaker?

I recommend washing by hand rather than placing it in the dishwasher. The smooth interior just needs a quick swipe with soapy water for any liquid to slide right off. Wash the lid with warm, soapy water and let air dry. In a jiffy, it’s ready to use over and over.
