A multivitamin is a combination of micronutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and more. My specially formulated Kid's Chewable Multivitamin contains the highest quality blend of vitamins and minerals designed for optimal absorption and bioavailability.
What time of day should The Myers Way® Kid's Chewable Multivitamin be taken?
Depending on how old your child is, I generally recommend dividing the 2-4 tablet serving size into 2 doses; 2 after breakfast, and 2 after lunch or dinner. Because they taste so great, they make a great after meal treat!
Does The Myers Way® Kid's Chewable Multivitamin contain iron?
Yes. I included iron in my Kid's Chewable Multivitamin as children tend to need a bit more than older adults, especially women. Kids are often picky eaters who often do not particularly enjoy foods that are traditionally high in iron. Kids need Iron to form hemoglobin and to carry oxygen to all of their cells to fuel their busy and active days!
Can my child take The Myers Way® Kid's Chewable Multivitamin with Methylation Support®?
If your child has MTHFR mutations or other issues with adrenal health, energy production, or nutrient absorption, you may find that extra B vitamin support is needed to help them feel and function their best. I recommend starting with the multivitamin to see if that is enough support for them, and then deciding if they need additional support, such as my Methylation Support® formula. Be sure to speak with your child’s pediatrician to discuss any concerns you have before starting supplementation.

I have noticed great results!
My children, 5 & 8 love these vitamins. They eat 4 after breakfast and 4 after dinner as a treat. I love all the ingredients in them. The ingredients do not upset my kids tummies at all, and although they are not cheap for us, I have seen great results from them taking these. I notice they focus better and their energy levels are great too. I feel comforted knowing they are getting vitamin D, folate....Etc etc...My daughter use to have leg cramps happen often, but since we have started taking these, it has been a big game changer. With everything their diets could be lacking and knowing that these vitamins help fill in those missing health gaps for my children, gives me great comfort.
