I was watching the stars with my daughter Elle one night, when I was struck by the powerful realization that if I didn’t do something proactive about my vision, then it would quickly deteriorate with age. While my VisiGuard™ formula is water-soluble and may be taken with only a glass of water, (it does not have to be taken with a meal), some people find that they feel better when taking it with food.
