Simple to understand, simple to follow
I am happy I made this investment in myself. I am only on the 2nd week of this program and I am enjoying the recipes and feel confident I can get through this 30 day program successfully. I am already feeling the slight improvement in my skin just by starving the candida! Amy Myers has made the instructions and information in this program easy to understand. I found the shopping list very helpful and the meal planner easy to follow. The symptom tracker seems like it will be useful down the road as weel. My only suggestion would be to maybe specify which coconut milks to use in the smoothies. There are so many coconut milk options I am not sure which one the smoothies require. I do see full-fat is sometimes specified in meals, but I was already using it in smoothies too where it wasn't specified, which is probably why my smoothies come out much thicker looking than the beautiful recipe pics! I guess I should be using the refrigerated coconut milk instead? Still, this program is a good value for my money, even when money is tight.
