Dear Dr Myers, I started using your Neuro Live after reading your article on Mind Fogginess and SIBO. I have mitigated my Constipation using diet and Senna+ tabs during bet time. I hope I don’t have any SIBO now. I still keep getting the mind-fogginess especially when I feel tired due lack of good sleep and most often after lunch time , which forces me into taking a power nap in the afternoons. It certainly feels better after a 20 min nap. Initially, I started taking these capsules twice daily, but now I am taking 2 capsules per day only in the mid morning. So, my question is how long should I continue to see any substantial improvement on mind-fogginess? Appreciate your response. Thanks, Dodla N. (Don) Rao.
