The way I like to use this is to put the protein in the blender with almonds and water (or almond milk, or coconut milk) with some berries (frozen make it cold!) or a banana. I don't care for stevia, but berries help with the taste. Mixed berries and cherries or anything like that works. Collagen makes it creamier. I notice it includes "natural flavors", so I assume there is some sugar in it.
