Do I earn points for my recurring autoship orders?

Yes! You will receive points from every order that is placed on our site.

How do I redeem my points for $5, $10, or $25 off?

Rewards can be redeemed using the reward widget or at checkout.

Please note: If you are redeeming points for a tangible reward, you must add this item to your cart (before entering the coupon code) for the given code to work.

To redeem on the widget:

• Click on blue rewards widget on any page of the site.
• If you have redeemable rewards, you will be able to click on the “Redeem Rewards” button.
• Next, you will be taken to a screen with all of your redeemable rewards.
• Click on the blue “Redeem” button for the reward you want to use.
• You will then be shown the unique, one-time use code to use at checkout, and it will also be emailed to you.

• Press “Copy” to redeem these points at checkout now.
• Paste this code in the coupon code box in your shopping cart when ready to check out. (This is located on the right hand side above your order total).

To redeem using checkout page dropdown:

• In certain cases, you will be given the option to redeem your points (with a point summary) right at checkout. This option will be shown on the right hand side under your item summary. When available, choose which option you would like from the dropdown and click “Redeem”.

• This will automatically add the given coupon code to your cart.
• You will also receive an email with this coupon code if you decide to use at future date instead.

How do I redeem my free product reward?

Once you decide (and click) to claim a product reward, a coupon code will be generated in your cart and also sent to you via email. You must put the item in your cart for the coupon to work, then follow the instructions in the question above to use your code.

How are my points affected if I return a product purchased as a free product reward?

Points cannot be reapplied back to your account for any reason on a returned order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero.

How are my points affected if I return an order?

If you return an order, you forfeit the points earned from that purchase. For a partial order return, your points will be deducted only for the items returned.

If you redeem points for a reward on an order and return it, neither the reward nor the points will be reapplied back to your account on a returned order.

Please note: If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero.

Do my points expire?

Points expire 365 days after they are awarded.

Why is my reward code not working?

There are a few instances in which your reward code will not work.

• Using more than one code at a time.
• Only one code may be used per transaction.
• An order that contains at least one product on autoship.
• If you are unsure about this, please reach out to our customer success team with direction to split up your order.
• Not meeting the minimum order requirement amount.
• Some coupon codes have a minimum product spend listed. For example, our $25 coupon code requires a minimum spend of $100 for the $25 off coupon code to work.

How do I refer a friend?

Email a friend a $10 off coupon by clicking the “Rewards” button in the lower area of any page on https://www.store.amymyersmd.com then scrolling to “ Empower Your Friends”.

Copy your unique referral link and send it directly to a friend or click the Twitter, Facebook, or Email buttons below your link to share. The friend must not have made a purchase with Amy Myers MD before (if your referral has shopped with us before the referral link will be automatically voided by the system).

A referral link will be sent to your friend with a $10 off coupon to use on their first order. Points will automatically be rewarded to your account only if the referral friend used the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying first-time purchase on the Site. 1,000 points will be applied to your account if stipulations are met. Your referred friend will receive a $10 off coupon, 500 points for signing up to the Rewards Program and points from their first purchase made while signed into their account.
