United States Shipping

• We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days*
• Flat-rate $5.99 shipping applies to ground shipping on all US orders. Flat-rate shipping applies to new orders only.
• We recommend you upgrade to 3-day (or faster) shipping for orders shipping to military bases, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
• Shipping rates are calculated after coupons/discounts and applicable taxes have been applied.
• Overnight, 2 business day and 3 business day shipping exclude weekends.
• Overnight orders placed prior to 11am CST arrive the next business day. Orders placed before 11am CST Friday will arrive Monday.
• Online programs, eCourses, and eBooks that do not require shipping will be made available after your order is received.
• Our bars are heat sensitive and can melt. We strongly recommend shipping our bars with expedited shipping to prevent melting. We include an icepack with our bars during the warmer months (May - October), but cannot guarantee they will not melt.  Please select expedited shipping and ship to an address where you will be available to receive the bars.

International Shipping

• Once processed, international shipments may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. This can vary greatly based on the country and its customs process.
• Some duty tax fees may apply, however we cannot predict them in advance. Please refer to your Customs agency for more information.
• Online programs, eCourses and eBooks that do not require shipping will be made available after your order is received.
