Works Like Magic!
While I had to work on many health issues to improve my sleep quality, these glasses definitely help. I could actually tell the difference pretty much on my first night! I use them every night but only for the last hour or so before I go to bed (reading, and especially watching tv/computer). Other things that worked for me in a very noticeable way for my sleep were: (apart from the obvious: going to bed at the same time, diet, room temperature & darkness, etc) were magnesium l-threonate supplements (lunch plus dinner) and listening to audio of fire burning (fireplace ambiance type) as it makes me yawn within 10 minutes (it is relaxing - like rain falling but there is something primal about it, almost ingrained in us because our ancestors spent evenings by the fire for socializing and comfort before sleeping -google it but I found this by accident!). I downloaded fire crackling/burning ambiances on my phone which I then put in airplane mode. Also, I was not sleeping well due to going too low on carbs (keto diet type) so I had to add rice. I have Hashimoto's. I thought I would post my personal experience here and hope it can help someone. I would highy recommend these glasses as part of a healthy sleep regimen.
