LOVE these glasses!

I bought these for my husband who was complaining of eye issues from working extra time on the computer. They have made a HUGE difference with his eyes; so much so, that I am now I am ordering extras. These are fantastic glasses!

They work

The glasses do seem to help my body transition to sleep when I wear them. They are big enough to wear over my other glasses when needed. I’m a petite person, so these glasses are amusingly large on me.

Comfortable and gets me ready to sleep

I put these glasses on about 3 hours before bed, regardless of whether I am watching tv, reading, or just puttering around the house. I don't take them off until I turn out the lights. I noticed that as the evening progressed, I felt more calm and ready to sleep.
