Colon Comfort can be used any time of the day, morning or night. I like to take my Colon Comfort right before I go to bed as it supports a healthy night’s sleep. Colon Comfort can also be taken with or without food. Some people feel better when taking it with a meal, although most people tolerate it on an empty stomach just fine.
Is Colon Comfort safe for long-term use?
Magnesium citrate pulls water into the intestines from other areas in the body, so while it is generally safe for day to day use, I suggest you drink plenty of water with it and drink additional fluids throughout the day to prevent dehydration. I always recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider if you have any concerns, and before supplementing with anything new in order to determine what’s best for your individual health needs!
