The guidelines and recipes were very helpful. I would recommend folks to read your additional articles, which contained more information. I was initially confused as to if I could reintroduce the nightshades together. You are not supposed to do this. Also, I wish a few more recipes would have been included for use with tomatoes. The recipes I tried were all very good.

After following the 28-day meal plan for hyperthyroidism, And feeling I had my life back, I started reintroducing recipes with the reintroduction recipe book written by Amy Myers, MD. Although I loved the food from the first diet, I was also happy to discover What else I could eat. With the clean written recipes and instruction, I have been able to reintroduce some food products, but not all. The book had helpen me to discover What workshop for me, and What does not work for me. In addition, I have my passion and ENERGY back to Cook and prepare meals! Just very very happy with all the wonderful guidelines for cooking. Highly recommanded to follw the meal plan!
